Sam Connaught, Head of Product, Switchee

Sam is Switchee's Head of Product, responsible for building products which use actionable insights to tackle some of the most critical challenges faced by social housing providers. She has a natural obsession with understanding clients' challenges and loves finding innovative ways to solve them.

Sam brings a decade of product leadership experience from FinTech, EdTech and HRTech to the social housing sector. During her career, she has developed multisided content experiences and data products as well as digitally transforming a number of businesses. Her academic background in psychology enables her to think about challenges through both a behavioural and technological lens. She is happiest when learning something new.

Tom Longley, Commercial Director, Switchee

Tom is the Commercial Director at Switchee. He and his team support the UK&I Social housing market in gathering, analysing, and actioning data from across their housing stock to allow them to proactively manage homes and support their residents.

Before joining Switchee in 2023, he spent 8years as Sales Director at a consultancy working with businesses across both public and private sectors on their IT Security Strategy.

Working with his customers, he would help them to not just pick the right technology but also understand the people and processes required around that to deliver a successful project.
