Grove, Plentific and Switchee:

A data-driven approach to damp & mould

22nd Oct 2026 | 11:00 - 12:00

Tackling damp and mould isn’t just about responding to what's visible. It’s about understanding what’s happening inside the home, identifying risk earlier and knowing whether an intervention has worked.

Join Keelan McGaghran, Director of Operations at Grove Community Housing Association, Emily Shaw, Head of Product at Plentific, and Emma Bitting from Switchee to explore how real-time property data can improve damp and mould risk management.

They’ll discuss how Grove used Switchee Swift devices alongside Plentific to bring property insight into existing workflows, helping teams identify risk, investigate underlying issues, and measure the impact of remedial works, with risk calculations available within 24 hours.
