How do I replace a device via the Installer App?
To facilitate replacement of Switchee devices, we have rolled out the device registration replacement feature on the Installer App.
To access this feature, please log in to the Installer App and press Start Installation, followed by Device Replacement.
Installation Type
Select what type of installation you are completing today:

If you do not have this option please contact Switchee Support on 0800 133 7957 for assistance.
Press Device Replacement, and select whether you will return, reuse or replace the device.
If you select device replacement, this will prevent you from reinstalling the old device. If you no longer have access to the old device, the Installer App will instruct you to contact Switchee Support.

Next, please provide the IMEI of the device to be replaced. If you do not have this, please use the T number inter-changeably. Now enter the postcode of the property.
When complete, if this is a valid property you will be asked to confirm the address. If this is incorrect, contact Switchee Support on 0800 133 7957.
Press yes to unlock the installation report.You can change the following information:
- Serial number
- Heating system
- Location
- Wiring configuration
