The Optimised Retrofit Programme (ORP) is helping registered housing providers in Wales decarbonise existing homes; however, engaging residents effectively and validating retrofit measures can be challenging.
With Switchee, meeting ORP requirements has never been easier. Our fully funded devices qualify as an eligible ORP measure, acting as smart heating controls and environmental and energy monitoring sensors.
As specialists in resident engagement and smart home insights, we combine device data with smart meter data to give landlords a complete view of property performance.
In this webinar, learn how Switchee helps Welsh housing providers:

Ben is the Data Lead at Switchee and is responsible for Switchee’s data infrastructure and architecture, as well as the insights and analytics that power Switchee’s offering.
Prior to joining Switchee, Ben led the professional services team at a Data Analytics Consulting start-up, working across multiple industries, including construction and energy. Ben has a BSc in Mathematics and MSc in Statistics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and keeping active, particularly through cycling and running.
