Oliver Shaw is the Head of Product Marketing at Switchee, where he drives the development and launch of innovative solutions that support housing providers in improving energy efficiency and resident wellbeing. He has played a key role in shaping Switchee’s ECO4 Advisor Service, ensuring that landlords can navigate and maximise the benefits of retrofit funding with ease.

With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the sector, Oliver has been instrumental in delivering data-driven tools that empower housing providers, from the Housing Fuel Poverty Index (HFPI), which identifies dangerously cold homes, to the Energy Voucher Service, which helps direct support to the most vulnerable. Before joining Switchee, he gained Product Marketing experience in Consumer Electronics and SaaS, bringing a unique perspective on technology-driven solutions for housing.

Clint Walker, ECO4 Wizard, ECO Approach Ltd

Clint is an experienced leader working at the heart of the UK’s energy efficiency sector. As Head of Partnerships at ECO Approach Ltd, Clint plays a key role in helping social landlords and local authorities unlock the benefits of the ECO4 scheme. With a deep understanding of grant funding mechanisms and a passion for delivering real, measurable impact, Clint focuses on creating strong, collaborative relationships that put residents and long-term sustainability at the centre of retrofit projects.
 
Driven by a genuine desire to make homes warmer, healthier, and more affordable to heat, Clint brings a people-first approach to his work. He is a keen advocate for doing things right the first time and using data and insights to improve outcomes for both landlords and tenants.
