We’re here to help you get the most out of your Switchee device. Whether you need help setting it up, troubleshooting an issue, or have a general question, our support team is ready to assist.

Support hours

Our support teams are available during the following hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

  • Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Support is unavailable on weekends and public holidays.
