What happens when I go away, do I need to switch everything off?

No, please do not turn off your boiler or heat pump.

Instead, use the holiday mode on your Switchee smart thermostat.

Holiday mode:

• Turns your heating OFF while you’re away

• Automatically turns it back ON when you return

• Protects your home from frost damage by switching heating on if the temperature drops below 5°C

To set holiday mode:

1. Press the settings (spanner) icon

2. Select programmer, then holiday mode

3. Enter your return date
