How to update the system clock
If the time or date on your Switchee smart thermostat is incorrect, you can update it manually through the settings menu. This ensures your heating schedules run at the correct times.
Follow the steps below depending on which menu options you see on your device.
Option 1: Set the time and date from the settings menu

Tap the screen to wake your Switchee thermostat

Press the settings (spanner) icon in the top-left corner

Press next once

Select manual system time/date

Enter the correct time and date and confirm
Option 2: Set the time and date via the admin menu
If you can’t see the manual system time/date option, use the admin menu instead.

Tap the screen to wake the thermostat

Press the settings (spanner) icon

Press next twice until you see admin

Select admin and enter the PIN 0123

Press next once
-
Select manual system time/date

Enter the correct time and date and confirm
